first aid dosage guidelines:
One dose is 2 pillules (tip the pillules from the bottle into the lid, then straight into your mouth without handling them ). The frequency of dosing depends on the severity of the complaint. Minor or mild complaints may only need one dose every 3-4 hours. Severe complaints may requite an initial loading dose of 1 dose every 5-10 minutes for the first hour, followed by 3-4 hourly doses after that. Always begin tapering your dosing once relief begins. If there is no improvement within 6 doses of any remedy & symptoms persist, seek advice from your practitioner. In any emergency, please call an ambulance.
